Returns, Warranty & Service Support

Overview
Vishal Electronics is committed to genuine products and strong after-sales support. We sell only brand-authorised products and provide service support to help customers with setup, data transfer and warranty coordination. Please read the policy below before making a purchase.
1. Refunds
- No refunds. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a product has been billed and handed over to the customer.
- This applies to all products: mobile phones, accessories, audio products, appliances and gadgets.
2. Replacements
- We do not provide direct store replacements. Replacement decisions are managed only by the product manufacturer under their DOA (Dead on Arrival) or replacement policies.
- Replacement is possible only when the manufacturer’s authorised service centre inspects the unit, certifies DOA and approves replacement in writing.
3. Manufacturer Warranty & Repairs
- All products sold carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty scope and duration depend on the brand and model.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures as per the brand’s terms.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, burn, unauthorized tampering or normal wear and tear.
4. Our Service Support (What We Do)
- We provide in-store assistance including device setup, data transfer, basic troubleshooting and warranty registration help.
- We assist customers with documentation, booking service centre appointments and escalation support when required.
- We do not perform internal hardware repairs — all repairs and replacements are handled by brand-authorised service centres.
5. DOA (Dead on Arrival)
- DOA windows and terms vary by brand (commonly 24–72 hours). To claim DOA, the customer must allow the authorised service centre to inspect the unit and issue DOA confirmation.
- Only a written DOA confirmation from the brand or its authorised service centre can lead to replacement per manufacturer policy.
6. Non-returnable / Non-eligible items
- Wrong purchase choice, buyer’s remorse, colour/model change, cosmetic scratches after use, or damage due to misuse are not eligible for returns or replacement.
- Products with tampered seals, broken IMEI/serial labels or signs of unauthorised repair are not eligible for warranty claims.

- Provide your invoice, IMEI/serial number, purchase date and a clear description of the issue.
- We will guide you to the correct authorised service centre and assist with the submission process.
8. Turnaround Time & Liability
- Repair or replacement turnaround time is determined by the manufacturer / authorised service centre and may vary.
- Vishal Electronics cannot guarantee or speed up manufacturer service timelines and is not liable for delays caused by brand service centres.
