1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and purchase of products from Vishal Electronics (the "Store", "we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you accept these Terms.

2. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for valid reasons (stock, pricing error, payment verification, fraud prevention).
  • Order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance — a separate shipping email confirms dispatch.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices shown on the site include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GST invoice is provided with each order.
  • Payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, netbanking and other options displayed at checkout. Payment is subject to bank and payment gateway validation.

4. Delivery & Title

  • Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery acceptance.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to deliver to the address provided by you; incorrect address may delay delivery and additional charges may apply.

5. Returns, Warranty & Replacements

Please refer to our Returns, Warranty & Service Support page (link on footer) for full details. In summary: no refunds; replacements and repairs handled by the manufacturer under their warranty policies.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vishal Electronics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the products or services.
  • Our maximum liability for any defective product will not exceed the invoice value of that product.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (text, images, logos, product information) is owned by or licensed to Vishal Electronics. You may not reuse our content without permission.

8. Privacy

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site you consent to such collection and processing.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata.
