Overview

Vishal Electronics ships orders across India. We do not provide international shipping. Delivery speed and charges depend on the destination, product type and courier partner. For Kolkata customers, we offer fast same-day delivery on eligible items.

1. Delivery Coverage

  • Pan-India Shipping: Available via trusted courier partners.
  • No International Shipping: We currently deliver within India only.
  • Kolkata Same-Day Delivery: Available for in-stock items ordered before 4:00 PM IST.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Kolkata: Same-day or next-day delivery depending on product availability.
  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days.
  • Tier-2 / Tier-3 Cities: 3–7 business days.

Actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, high-volume periods, festivals or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders received during business hours (Mon–Sat, 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM) are processed within 24 business hours.
  • Pre-orders or out-of-stock products will display an estimated dispatch timeline on the product page.
  • Customers will receive an SMS/Email update with tracking details once the order is shipped.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges depend on the product category, weight and delivery location, and will be shown at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be provided on eligible products or during promotional campaigns.

5. Packaging & Invoice

  • All orders are packed securely in tamper-proof, brand-approved packaging.
  • Every shipment includes a GST invoice for warranty and service support.

6. Damaged, Missing or Tampered Shipments

  • If the package appears damaged, tampered or open, please refuse delivery or mention the issue on the courier receipt.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If a shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner for investigation.
  • Replacement/refund decisions depend on the courier partner’s confirmation and policies.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available only within Kolkata city limits.
  • COD is not available for any other city or pin code outside Kolkata.
  • COD may be limited to selected products and specific areas based on operational feasibility.
  • A valid local Kolkata phone number is required for COD verification.
  • Orders may be cancelled if COD verification is not successful.
