How do I pay via NEFT/RTGS?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Unopened Products: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is completely unopened with original seal intact, including all packaging, accessories, and warranty cards.
Opened/Used Products: Once opened or used, products cannot be returned. All issues must be handled through the brand's authorized service center.
What if my product is Dead on Arrival (DOA)?
If your product is defective out of the box:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- The product will be sent to the brand's authorized service center for DOA verification
- Replacement or refund will be provided only if the service center confirms DOA as per the brand's policy
What about defects after opening the product?
All defects or issues after opening must be handled through the brand's warranty process at their authorized service center. We'll assist you with the warranty claim process.
Why can't opened products be returned?
Electronics are sold with minimal margins, and brands do not accept returns of opened products. This policy is standard across electronics retail and ensures we can continue offering competitive prices.
